Dit onderdeel gaat over het geschiedverhaal áchter het pand. <br /> <br /> ===Voorbeeld===<br /> Veel boerderijen in het Groene Hart bijvoorbeeld, staan op een oude bouwplaats aan het begin van een perceel. De posities van de boerderijen laten zien hoe het Groene Hart vroeger ontgonnen en verkaveld is. De typologie van de panden geeft aan dat de ontginningen bedoeld waren om agrarisch land te maken. Het zijn immateriële historische feiten die door de [[boerderij]] verteld worden, maar niet over het pand zelf gaan. Ook een [[poldermolen]] vertelt veel over de ontstaansgeschiedenis van het omringende landschap. Het historische verhaal kan aan de hand van het gebouw ontdekt worden, maar het gaat niet over het gebouw zelf.
